Due to our products are being made to order, meaning it will be produced only when you place an order and the production process starts immediately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
We only offer refunds for the incorrect or damaged items. (See below).
Please also note that we are not able to accommodate any address or order changes or cancellations on any orders since they are processed immediately and sent directly into production within one hour of ordering. You are welcome to contact us anyway but as mentioned we cannot guarantee an amendment. So before ordering please;

• If ordering a personalized item; please double check all informations and spellings are correct
• Also note that we try to reflect the real life colors as much as possible but cannot be responsible for the screen and light differences and cannot guarantee a color match to your decor.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (latest within 7 days of receiving it) with description and photos of the wrong item and order number. We will try our best to sort this out asap with a refund or a reprint to your choice. We will ask you to return the wrong order to the given address.
