Because our products are made to order, meaning it will be produced just for you and the production process starts immediately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. We only offer refunds for the incorrect or damaged items. (See next question).Please note that we are not able to accommodate any address or order changes or cancellations on any orders since they are processed immediately and sent directly into production within one hour of ordering. You are welcome to contact us anyway but as said we cannot guarantee an amendment.So before ordering please;

First of all, don’t worry. We are really sorry about this. As we all know mistakes happen. We want our customers to be content with our services and super happy with our products. We will try our best to sort this out asap with a refund or a reprint to your choice. We will ask you to return the wrong order to the given address.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with description and photos of the wrong item and order number.

Reminder: Color variation between the product image shown and final product may be expected due to the variance in threads utilized in production and screen and photo light differences. We try to reflect the real life colors as much as possible but cannot be responsible for the aforementioned differences and cannot guarantee a color match to your decor.

All our products are made to order, meaning; it will only get produced after receiving an order (no stocks, good for the environment). Production takes 3-5 business days (excl. Saturday and Sunday and US holidays). After production it will be shipped to you with a tracking number.

Estimated delivery time for International Orders

  • Standard Delivery: 10-31 business days (UK usually takes 10-15 business days)

  • Expedited Delivery: 8-21 business days

Business Days: Excluding Saturday and Sunday, US holidays and Shipping countries holidays (for international orders). This delivery time varies depending on the selected shipping method, the domestic mail carrier and custom procedures.

Please note these dates are our best estimates (not guaranteed), there may be delays during holiday season.

They ship from our production partner in New Jersey, USA.

We mostly use UPS and USPS for the USA. You will receive a shipment notification email with a link to the tracking page. Please allow a couple of days for the tracking info to be available. If you have any problems with the tracking please contact us.

For International orders delivery provider is subject to change on which country it is shipped to.

Once a package is marked “delivered” we are not responsible for missing packages due to theft or postal error. If you have not received a package marked “delivered” please check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. Also please check with your local post office and neighbours just in case the courier left it with them.

Yes, we do! For International orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

International shipments have fewer checkpoints than domestic shipments, which means we have limited tracking information once they leave the United States. Unfortunately, door-to-door tracking is not currently available for all countries.

If you order from outside of the USA, you may be subject to an additional customs and import fee. This fee is not in our control and varies widely for every country. Please do your research before ordering to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases from the US. We are not responsible for these fees and cannot refund them.

Sorry we cannot rush production time but you can choose a faster delivery option at the checkout.

Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping or gift messages but definitely working on it to make it happen in the future!

Machine wash in cold water using mild detergent and gentle cycle only. Do not bleach or tumble dry.

  • Size 37x52” throw for a chair or use as a lap blanket, makes a fun and cuddly blanket for kids, would look great as a wall tapestry too.

  • Size 50x60″ is great for hanging on the wall, a chair cover, picnic or beach blanket or snuggling under it taking a nap or watching a movie

  • Size 60x80″ covers on top of a standard Queen Size mattress, so perfect as a bedspread or a couch / sofa cover. Or snuggling under with a loved one on a couch or an outdoor event
